Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes we are! Our company is licensed with the Ontario Ministry of Environment to complete well construction activities in accordance with Regulation 903. Our well technicians are also licensed pump installers.
What kind of submersible well pumps do you sell?
We primarily sell Franklin Water submersible well pumps. Franklin Water is a division of Franklin Electric. They have been making submersible well pump motors for decades and we’ve had nearly as much experience installing them! They bought out Jacuzzi Pumps years ago and have been selling complete pumps since.

Our Franklin Water Submersible Well Pumps are covered by a 5 year manufacturer warranty in addition to our standard one year parts and labour warranty.

Does my well need to be shocked after a installation?
Regulation 903. requires that wells be disinfected or “shocked” after any construction activity. This includes the installation of submersible well pumps.
How long does a submersible well pump last?
A quality submersible well pump should have no problem pumping for decades. The best way to think about the life of a submersible well pump is in on/off cycles. A healthy and properly sized pressure tank means less cycling and in turn a longer pump life.
Can I buy a well pump from PV and install it myself?
You can! Firstly just remember that you still need to follow Ontario Regulation 903. It specifies who, where and how a submersible well pump can be installed. Secondly, the warranty on the pump also changes when installed by someone other than a professional licensed pump installer.
